Description

The HT30 is a high-performance silicone sealant from adhesion specialists, Bond-It. The HT30 has been specially designed for use in areas with high temperatures. This makes it the ideal silicone sealant for connections on ovens, heating systems, machines, and is perfect for use around car engines.

The acetic curing sealant can resist constant temperatures up to 250°C, and up to 300°C for short periods. UV and mildew resistant, the HT30 will not sag over time and can be applied to a wide range of common building materials, including glass, metals, ceramic tiles, enamel, epoxy paint, polyester, and much more.

For best performance, ensure all surfaces or joints are clean, dry, and free from grease or oil before application. Primer may be required on certain absorbent surfaces. To protect its shelf life, The HT30 silicone sealant should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Please note: HT30 is not suitable for use with aquarium building. HT30 can also cause stains around joints on marble, sandstone, and other extremely absorbent substrates if they are not treated carefully with a primer. HT30 cannot be over painted, therefore substrates to be painted must be kept free of sealant. During the curing process small quantities of acetic acid are released which could attack certain kinds of metal but also alkaline substrates. Not suitable for use within 1 metre of wood burning stove flues.

Deliveries are made on the basis the customer can accept the goods, or willingness to off load the goods, or having means of mechanical offload, this also applies to heavier items such as pallets etc. All deliveries are made ‘kerbside’ and often it can be at the discretion of the driver. A large majority of deliveries would be made on a large rigid tail-lift vehicle and off loaded via a pallet truck and only on to flat surfaces such as tarmac, concrete and pavers. If you do have restricted access, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will always try to accommodate your needs. If a delivery fails due to access, we reserve the right to make a re-delivery charge. All delivery charges are calculated when checking out. The delivery charges included are for the Mainland UK only and do not apply to the Scottish Highlands, or Isles off the Mainland. Due to logistics of various couriers and suppliers we are unable to give times of deliveries. However, please call or email us on the day of the delivery and we will try to get an approximate time. Deliveries can take place from as earlier as 07:30 right up to 18:00 depending on the courier/haulier and taking into account local traffic etc.
